How to SpeedUp Internet in 6 seconds

Do this :


Go to run and type gpedit.msc

Then > computer configuration > Administrative templates > Network > QoS Packet scheduler

                                       Click on Qos Packet scheduler,
                                                           On Right side You will see Limit reservable  bandwidth settings.
Double click on it.
It will be in Not configured mode.
Enable it and change the bandwidth limit as 0% [  Zero % ]


Dint get ??? :-(

 I'm using 25 Mbps plan. 

 I was getting 1.71 Mbps Download speed before this setting, Later I'm getting the speed of 37.32 Mbps of download speed.

What does keypair mean in AWS compute ?
